Liz was masterful at dealing with the many unexpected challenges in this home purchase. Both her real estate and legal expertise were instrumental in navigating issues that included storm water easements, RPA, land encroachment and adverse possession outstanding violations with the city and missing property records. She was also a very strong negotiator and advocate and saved us thousands of dollars I do not think we could have saved using a different realtor. Liz was also extremely responsive even at times when I knew I was demanding and when she was juggling multiple major projects.
