Liz is a truly exceptional realtor. I cannot recommend her enough after watching her adeptly navigate us through a very complicated home sale. From her deep knowledge of the real estate market, attention to detail and excellent communication and negotiation skills, she is who you want on your team in this very competitive and difficult real estate market. She handled every aspect of our sale seamlessly to include calming down two skittish sellers (who also happen to be commercial real estate professionals) and successfully negotiating several non-standard provisions in the real estate contract including a lengthy rent back provision.
