Liz Lord represented us as a buyer’s agent as we sought to relocate to Arlington, Virginia in the height of an extremely competitive market where demand was at an all-time high with limited supply. Liz made herself available at the last minute for our initial tour of the region. This ultimately led to us working together almost immediately as we entered into the unprecedented Spring 2024 market.

We shared with Liz our “long list” of desires. Liz not only kept those in mind as we evaluated properties but she was attuned to the nuances that she heard in our many conversations which ultimately led us to areas that we had not considered. We fell in love with a home in North Arlington and initially felt that based on the market that it may not be attainable. Liz scheduled a private showing quickly and provided her very clear perspectives on the home. We leaned in and she masterfully navigated us to a successful contract and the closing of our dream home in the desired Yorktown neighborhood of Arlington.

Liz’s approach is characterized by a risk-based process where she understands and conveys extensive details of the priority, the selling process, and frames the decision for us in a pragmatic way.
